How does it work?
With a start up fee of $99 & a monthly fee of $110, you bank 10 units a month. This allows you to accumulate units on file to use every time you come in for treatment.
Terms & Conditions:
• 6 months commitment.
• Must come in every 3-4mos. for treatment.
• Must user minimum of 40 units.
• No discounts or promotions can be used towards botox (this includes Alle points)
Research shows that BOTOX® lasts about three months. In the BOTOX® Club, you can prepay and bank up to ten units each month at a discount over our standard pricing. If you need more units, they’re available at a flat discount rate of $11 per unit.
